Name all the objects you see.
Describe the steps in an activity you know how to do well. For example, how to make dinner, how to do something simple online, or how to tidy your kitchen.
Count backwards from 100, by 7.
Pick up an object. Describe how it feels, what it’s texture is, what colour, size, weight, scent, and anything else that you notice about it.
Spell the full names, of three people you know, backwards.
Name some, Netflix show characters, and one detail about each of them.
If you have something on you that you can read… start at the end, and read backwards towards the beginning. Letter by letter may be best, as this w take a few minutes to do.
